Thomas has been with Bpifrance for 16 years and joined the African private equity team in 2013.

Within the department dedicated to equity investments across Africa and the Middle East region, Thomas contributes to the structuring, fundraising, management, and deployment of the investment program known as Averroès.

This department started deploying capital in Africa in 2003 and has progressively expanded its strategy over the past two decades to cover the entire continent.

It now addresses various stages of company development (from pre-seed and seed funding to growth and expansion capital) across a wide range of sectors.

As Senior Investment Director, Thomas is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence processes, executing transactions, monitoring portfolio funds.
