Mr. Adam has 17 years of diversified experience, attained through working at academic institutions, central banks and multilateral development financial institutions. He is currently responsible for BADEA’s Private Sector & Trade Finance operations and leads the team charged with the origination, structuring, negotiation, due diligence and execution and monitoring of project, corporate and trade finance deals in 44 countries in Sub-Sharan Africa.

He has extensive track-record in project finance, corporate finance, trade finance lines of credit and equity investments; including business development & deal origination, negotiation, deal structuring, syndication, appraisal & due diligence, documentation, monitoring and credit administration.

Mr. Adam has sourced, executed and monitored transactions in over 25 countries in Africa. He has also overseen the sourcing, execution and monitoring of over 60 deals. Mr. Adam holds MBA in Finance and BSc in Business Administration from Sudan University
of Science & Technology.
